Terms
Loopletter is run by Paul Leprevost, entrepreneur individuel (micro-entreprise), 13 le Guignoux, 44630 Plessé, France (SIREN 482 501 467). “We” below means that person. Using Loopletter means you agree to these terms.
What Loopletter does
You log what you do: a line, a file, a voice note, or entries your AI assistant adds for you. When you ask, Loopletter drafts a letter from those entries. You read it, change what you want, and decide who gets it. Nothing is sent without you.
Your account
An account is for one person. Use an address you can receive email at: it’s how you sign in. Keep access to it, and to your Autolog address, to yourself.
Subscription and payment
Loopletter costs €9 a month or €90 a year, taxes included where they apply. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, from Settings, at any time. It then stops at the end of the period you paid for. You can get your money back as the refund policy says. If we change the price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you.
People who receive your letters never pay and don’t need an account.
What you write stays yours
Your entries, letters and files are yours. You let us store them, process them to draft your letters (including with the AI provider named in the privacy policy), and show or send them where and to whom you choose. Nothing more: we don’t sell them, show them to anyone else, or use them to train AI models.
Entries are private. Only letters you publish are shared, with the people and on the pages you choose.
Drafts are drafts
The writer drafts from your entries and is built not to invent anything, but it can get things wrong. Read every letter before you publish it: what you send is yours to stand behind.
Use it fairly
- Only email people who expect to hear from you, and stop when they unsubscribe (every letter has a one-click unsubscribe).
- Nothing illegal, hateful, harassing or deceptive, and nothing you don’t have the right to share.
- Don’t try to break, overload or get around the service’s security, or resell it.
- Fair-use limits keep it running for everyone: about 150 drafts a month, 500 emails a day and 5 GB of files. If you reach one, Loopletter tells you when room comes back.
If an account breaks these rules, we can suspend it. Unless it’s urgent (spam, abuse, a legal order), we write to you first.
Leaving
You can download everything and delete your account from Settings at any time. Deleting stops your subscription at once and removes your data, as the privacy policy explains.
Changes and availability
Loopletter keeps improving, so features change. We work to keep it available and your data safe, with backups, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. If these terms change in a way that matters, we tell you by email before the change applies.
Liability
Loopletter is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, our liability for anything related to it is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by contract.
Law
These terms are governed by French law. If you’re a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the country you live in, and you can go to the courts there.
