Changed your mind? Within 14 days of any payment, monthly or yearly, ask and you get all of it back. No questions, and it doesn’t matter how much you used Loopletter in between.

Write to hello@loopletter.app from your account’s address, or reply to the receipt Paddle sent you. Paddle, which sells Loopletter, makes the refund to the way you paid, usually within 5 to 10 days.

After 14 days, cancelling from Settings stops the next renewal and you keep everything until the end of the period you paid for.
